James Clay Osborne age 57 of Wittensville, died Saturday November 4, 2017. He was born July 10, 1960 to James David Osborne and the late Willa Dean Meade Osborne. James was a truck driver for Black Diamond Mining. He is survived by his wife Olive Ann Collins Osborne, two step sons Ben Meade, Jr. of River Scott Meade of Sitka, two step daughters Debarh Meade of Prestonsburg, Lisa Meade of Logan, OH, one brother Jimmy Dean Osborne of Standford, KY, one sister Lois Ann Butcher of Lebanon, OH, fourteen grand children and several great grand children. Visitation will be held on Sunday November 5 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Preston Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Monday November 6 at 11 a.m. at the Preston Funeral Home Chapel with James Kelly Caudill officiating. Burial will follow in the Lakeview Memorial Cemetery at Staffordsville, KY.
