William E. “Billy” O’Bryan age 61 died Saturday June 23, 2012. He was borb March 22, 1951 to the late Glen and Christine Salyer O’Bryan. Billy was and dispatcher with Magoffin Co. and a member of the East Side Freewill Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Deborah Stidham O’Bryan, 2 sons James O’Bryan of Berea, KY, Shannon O’Bryan of Thelma, KY, 1 daughter Leigh Ann O’Bryan of Salyersville, KY, 2 step daughters Michelle Smith of Virginia Beach, VA, Beth Ann Spradlin of Alexandria, VA, 3 brothers Thomas O’Bryan of Sitka, KY, Larry O’Bryan of Hager Hill, KY, Randy O’Bryan of Staffordsville, KY , 10 grand children. Visitation is fro 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday June 24 at the Preston Funeral Home. Funeral services are at 1 p.m. on Monday, June 25 at the Preston Funeral Home Chapel, with Harry Neal Frisby and Roger Thornsbury officiating, Burial will follow in the O’Bryan Family Cemetery at Staffordsville, KY.
