Charles Rease Osborne age 74 died Friday Dec. 31, he was born Feb. 16, 1936 to the late David & Effie Marie Chandler Osborne. Charles is survived by his wife Donna Pence Osborne, 3 sons Charles D. Osborne of Garrison, KY, Jeffery L. Osborne of Vanceburg, KY, Johnnie Ray Osborne of FL, 1 daughter Effie Clark of Vanceburg, KY, 3 grandchildren, Selena, David Jr. and Claren Rease Thompson. Charles was a truck driver with the Gravel Co. and he served his country with the United States Army. Visitation will be held Monday Dec. 3 from the Cordell Christian Church at Blaine from 1 P.M. to 5 P.M. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday Dec. 4 at 11 A.M. from the Church, with Tom Cox officiating. Burial will follow in the Osborne Cemetery at Blaine.
