Phillis Ann Beltran, age 70, of Paintsville died Thursday January 7, 2021. She was born March 25, 1950 to the late Arturo Torres and Florence Elise Jensen Figveroo. Phillis was a member of the Paintsville Church of Christ. She is survived by two daughters: Maria Arce of Martinez, CA and Sophia Marie Alcala of Pleasant Hill, CA. Memorial services will be held 2 P.M. Tuesday at the Paintsville Church of Christ, with Kyle Melvin officiating.
