Lonnie Ray Cavins, age 51, of Ulysses died Tuesday January 5, 2021 at Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa, KY. He was born in Louisa to the late Ray and Linda Castle Cavins. On June 23, 1990 in Ulysses he married Tammy Blevins Cavins who survives his death. Additional survivors include one son: Lonnie Ray (wife Myra) Cavins Jr.; one daughter: Gyonna (husband Zack) Gibson; two sisters: Sherry (husband Larry) Burchett, Kimberly Ann (husband Edger) Burchett; three grandchildren: Mason, Carson, Maddie and three nephews: Berry Burchett, Terry Burchett, and Allen Burchett (wife Trina) one great nephew Dustin B. Visitation is scheduled for 12 Noon Thursday at the Meade's Branch Free Will Baptist Church until time of services. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 P.M. Friday January 8, 2021 at the Meade's Branch Free Will Baptist Church with Junior Boyd and Jimmy Vanhoose officiating. Interment to follow at the Walt Castle Cemetery at Ulysses.
